Archived extraordinary actions
Extraordinary actions were interim orders or agreements to impose limits or conditions or suspend a licensee’s practice authority while a complaint against them was being investigated. Click on the name of a licensee to read an archived extraordinary action.
Archived consent agreements
Consent agreements between the College and a licensee imposed limits or conditions or suspended a licensee’s practice after a completed complaint investigation raised serious conduct or competence concerns. Click on the name of a licensee to read an archived consent agreement.
Archived discipline orders
Discipline orders were made by the Discipline Committee after conducting a hearing to address concerns raised about a licensee. Examples of discipline orders included reprimands, orders for remedial educational activity, and limits or conditions on a licensee’s practice authority.
