Complaints about competence or conduct
If you have concerns about the competence or conduct of a CHCPBC licensee, you can submit a complaint to the College. Sharing your concerns supports safe, competent care. Our staff carefully assess every concern and, if warranted, investigate and take action. Our priority is to protect the public.
